SSO for JCU is here!

On May 8th, we launched Single Sign-On for JumpCloud University! This will allow for greater convenience to you, allowing you to use the same credentials you currently use for your JumpCloud Admin account.

It is now required to sign into JCU using your JumpCloud Admin account credentials.

What This Means For You

Before you login to your JumpCloud University account using SSO, you must make sure your JCU Account email address matches your JumpCloud Admin Account email address.

If you login using SSO and they do not match, a brand new JCU account will be created, and all of your progress will not be migrated to the new account.

Steps You Need To Take

Follow these steps to update your JCU Email address:


1. Navigate to https://thinkific.com/signin. Enter your JCU credentials and Sign in.
2. On the JCU homepage, once logged in, select the dropdown on the top right of JCU, and select "My Account"
 3. On the "Edit Profile" page, you will see your current Email listed. If it is not the same as your JumpCloud Admin Account Email, update it here. Once updated, select the "Save Changes" button.

Now you are all set for Single Sign-On!
